Nobody is talking about how thibs had no scheme on drawing up plays to get an easy bucket. We were up 5 where was the play to get an easy bucket and go up 7. This was separates the good coaches from the elite ones.

Alex nailed it. This team acts like they already won something and they ain’t hungry. Divo and IHart brought the intensity and urgency every night and right now we miss that. Those boys had that dog in them.

Two things I want to see while we start getting healthy again. 1. Play Hukporti. He is a beast in the boards and gives some offense. 2. Brunson has to shift to playmaker from scorer. If he is at 8-9 apg and Towns and Bridges and OG eat more, it will open up the lane more for him. Stop the over dribbling. BTW, I thought the Dyson Daniels move for Murray was perfect. Don’t sleep on the Hawks with Trae, #1 pick and decent depth.

they miss iHart screening for Brunson big time on offense and as much as Kat gives us he’s gotta work on that plus rebounding plus protecting the paint better.

It's clear the front office messed up. The talent might be there but it doesn't seem to fit together. Bridges and OG are redundant in strengths and weaknesses. Nice players but they don't go together for NOW. What did go together was the 26 and 5 team of last year. Front office decided to blow that up and now we are left with this disjointed team. Can it unify??? Get better??? I don't think so it's a configuration thing. They picked the wrong combo of players from what I see??? It was obviously evident in preseason.

Jericho Sims is unplayable

They should have put Hart on Young and Bridges on Risacher in the 2nd half. Thibs needs to make adjustments instead of sticking to one strategy.

This guy is big and well spoken.

Brunson can make a team better with his offense but he does not make the players around him better. He dribbles the ball through the floor while others are cutting or spotting up open.

Some of the knicks 3pt shots are good but not great they don’t make the extra pass Brunson is holding the ball to long also run some sets starting with Kat he can see over defenders

I honestly wouldn’t be opposed to trading Mikal honestly if somebody better offensively is available

I feel like people aren't going harder at the coaching. Thibs is kind of a terrible coach. He doesn't understand basic defensive schemes. These players have the talent but need the direction. If Joe Mazzulla had this team, they would be like 5 and 2 right now.

Has to be better ball movement and smarter shot selection, but also on defense you can see they’re really missing guys like Precious. They will figure it all out. I’d rather struggle early and finish strong than the other way around. Still 75 games left plenty of time to learn and grow especially after two tough road losses. Let’s Go Knicks 💙🧡
