I already watch with two green lines in Samsung Z flip 3 I bought through flipkart on Jan 2022 and now in September after update green line appear on screen this is very disappointing for samsung users like premium phone its very shameful for samsung.I already visit the samsung customer care and no any response from there end he will say its not company glitch. So irritating and very disappointing with samsung as an user. I never suggest any person to buy a premium phone😭😭👎🏻👎🏻

Hey Arun i have been a problem of a sudden green line appearing on my samsung note 20 ultra 5g smart phone Model (SM-N986B/DS) which appeared on 20/10/2024 at 8:30pm. Please help me i don't want to invest for a new display i cannot afford it iam a student. How can I make it free of cost at the service centre the scheme for repair was till April 29th and it's been to late for that.

I brought s21+ phone in 2022 but know on screen green line is showing and went to samsung service center they are are saying that on your phone dent are there and they will not replace the display for free of cost .

First they told give the mobile purchase bill ,which was lost but I went to sales shop were I purchased the phone than he gave me the bill and same I forwarded to samsung service center and know they are saying your phone has dent so they can't replaced the displayed and also he told if he will change phone border cover than it can be replaced agreed and told him to replaced the border case and do ,after sometime he called and tells that bordercover can't be changed because bodercase comes with display combo,


So again and again they are telling false information since 10 days past
