this might be the old menu BUT the old menu had the option, to show it in full screen. if thats not possible in any way on win 11, i wont change

This no longer works as of the new release on 7/8/21.
Because of this, I reverted back to Windows 10.
The new Windows 11 start menu is a deal killer for me, and I really hope they fix it.

New fix , My cat did show it to me, Install openshell then press the windows key giving you the old start menu.

Thank you for this quick tutorial on adding a needed regedit key! After a few hours of use, I found the new "start menu" to be more of a "stall menu" that would ultimately limit my own productivity; either forcing me to move all of my needed applications to the taskbar, or sort through the Apps menu. Microsoft's choice to create a nearly randomized menu to funnel their users through is an extremely poor choice for just about everyone. They could have chosen to make a simple swipe-up Apps menu that could be organized into folders, a la Android/ChromeOS, or done away with the Start menu entirely by adding Apps functionality to Explorer similar to Mac's Finder interface. This has proven to be a less optimal design than even Win8's Metro interface.

will m$ make a single os where users will be sattisfied with start menu? when w8 and w10 arrived, all was mad because start menu. there were tons of tweaks to return it to windows 7 stile. now, w10 is good, and w11 is bad. can't explain....

Such quality and content, normally I would be looking at badly edited bad audio quality and not as satisfying voice videos.

I always install Classic Shell to get back the Windows 7 Start Menu. It's still my favorite.
