It need to change this part.bro..🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
ОтветитьAlot of welders focus only on the the welding part. Very few are real good with a torch. Torch work can almost break you or make you. 40 yrs experience I say learn the torch and get really good with it. Practice, practice. Great video my man.
ОтветитьWhat ended up being wrong with your welder?
ОтветитьKeep up the good work. As a retired welder, I enjoy watching. Makes me feel like I'm on the job with you.
ОтветитьGreetings. What happened with the Lincoln sae 200 and the big 40, although they are not for the Mig Mag process, in a video he was in a workshop or supplier and saw a Lincoln San 650 I believe and this one is Mara Mig and electrode 610 7018. Why does it not have one? old school machine like a hobart m300 or lincoln electric sae 300, 400 or mk250 or similar does not like the performance although I am not a professional welder if not basic I like these old machines I would say that they have a good arc, very stable and almost no they damage I could also recommend the miller ac/de 330 a*bp or the airco for aluminum. Good luck at work.
ОтветитьNice repair! There’s always something that seems to pop up at the most inconvenient time, who would have expected a machine to quit working. Through all of that you still made it happen and turned over a solid repair.
ОтветитьLN25 is a fantastic glue gun
ОтветитьAbsolutely the best craftsmanship, knowledge, and PASSION! Good job Isaac your a wizard. Surgeon with that torch.
ОтветитьGet a Lincoln 😂
ОтветитьI learn something that makes me better every time I watch a video. Do you have a general preheat temp you go for on your materials or does it depend on the material and thickness?
ОтветитьYou are an artist with prep work and welding for sure. Your repair planning is very professional as well. Could comment on your use of preheating and post weld stress relieving? Thanks for the videos.
ОтветитьHey. What kind of light filter is on the mask? Hey from Russia.😊
ОтветитьGreat video and explaining the process .. why dual shield over stick in this process … keep up the good work (videos)
ОтветитьYou're still a surgeon with that torch. If I had half your skill with the torch or arc gouging, there wouldn't be gouge lines in the tank I'm turning into a smoker. Upside is that I can fill them will weld and grind it smooth again.
ОтветитьI’m still jealous of your‘assistant’!
ОтветитьAny update on welder what Wrong with it?
ОтветитьSo what was wrong with the Trailblazer? The company I worked for all my life (retired 2020) had serious issues with Miller engine drives over the final 6 or 8 years I worked there, the final one being a brand new Big Blue Air Pak (read $28,000 machine) that wouldn’t even start! Took weeks to get it fixed!
ОтветитьGreat job
ОтветитьGreat job fellas!
ОтветитьLove this kind of stuff show me what you have ..........................
ОтветитьWill break soon, but you know that we all do what's asked at work! 🤣
ОтветитьAbsolute fantastic repair! Problems always happen and you just have to improvise. A spare machine is a must in this line of work.
ОтветитьGlad I am not yheonly one using two different brands plug to one another. Mines a Lincoln powering a Miller suitcase.
ОтветитьAwesome as always. Can we see some more of the young lad welding? Only gonna get better with practice on the job! 😊
Ответитьdentistry
ОтветитьIsaac- Great how to video, learned a lot.
ОтветитьExcavators and backhoes playing dentist with their broken tooth shanks - who knew heavy equipment had such dental issues? 😄

ОтветитьSir, you are truly a master with the torch and arc gouger and a joy to watch! You have absolutely no reason to apologize for ANYTHING!
ОтветитьNo worries about the camera angles they are what they are and the quality of your craft is pretty impressive in any situation.
Ответитьsure enjoyed this
ОтветитьSuper great Job!!
Your son's Beard is looking good. It's so great to have your Son with you!!!
All the best from Surrey BC Canada
Your boy is putting on some weight! Mom must be a very good cook. Great to see him out in the field getting additional OJT. You made it look so easy, a sign of a skilled professional. Shame about the issue with your welder, hopefully Miller foots the check for repairs.
ОтветитьSuperb teaching! TY for posting- have learned so much from you Isaac! Genuine thanks!

ОтветитьHow come Randy does not ever have anything to say? 😊
