I really liked this movie. It is much better than "Sixth Sense."

26 now but watched this when I was about 7 pretending to be asleep on the chair downstairs…big mistake😂 till this day this is my top three horrors, when I think of horrors that are scary this comes to my head and sinister for me, underrated.

Such an underrated movie.

That scene where hes in the theater and there is a woman there really impressed me as a child so much so that i remember it to this day lol I couldn't remember the name of the film

No way!!! I been finding this film for years this film has scarred me watched it when i was 7 or 8 and to this day i think of the scenes

Maggie reminded me of Monica, and Lisa reminded me of Phoebe.

Seeing Kevin Bacon as a father was so sweet. Also, he reminds me of Ethan Hawke.

The scene with Tom after Maggie and Jake left for the funeral was hilarious.

Why would the keyword be “dig” if Samantha’s body was in a wall? That made no sense. Samantha could have simply guided Tom to the body. She let him waste all that time and energy destroying his house and yard for no reason.

Why did Frank straight up kill Harry and Kurt instead of making them face the consequences of their actions? Was shooting at your son THREE times seriously necessary? The answer is no.

I mentally facepalmed when Tom told Frank that someone else’s hair was on the body.

As a horror movie, Stir of Echoes was disappointing. It started off as horror then quickly lost momentum. It went from horror to thriller to even drama. Also, it was a lot funnier than it was scary.

This was my favorite scary childhood movie and what lies beneath and bloody mary too

underrated movie imo. apparently the hypnosis scene was so authentic that people in the theaters were being hypnotized. this scene is what got me more interested in learning about hypnosis, and i'm glad i did because it kinda helped change my life

great inciting incident though there's kind of a second one....when he sees the girl on the couch. hmmmmm 🤔
