ОтветитьYou got the piano octave and part wrong.
ОтветитьYou guys are awesome! That second synth ….add a doubler to it and give a bit of define and delay to it….add 1.2-1.4K to the kick…..cut the synth down a little between 50-200to let more kick in.
ОтветитьHUGE amount of respect, this totally had me going straight into your playlists picking everything I can prolly soak up to learn from, thanks a lot guys, shouts from Berlin, Germany !

Ответитьkeep in mind she as played over an already going synth that was just going in arp mode and that's how this song started (or so the story goes)
ОтветитьHave you deconstructed, Can't Get You Outta My Head yet?
(Planting seeds)
The last of the C- D- loop goes to Eb instead of C-

ОтветитьSi edgrya me rimerito de la clese
ОтветитьCan you deconstruct slave to the rhythm grace jones
ОтветитьYou can never really get it 100% right in cubase since the original was made in Ableton
ОтветитьYou guys are all a great team!
ОтветитьIs the soundboard LS5?
ОтветитьDJ HARRY POTTER we love you
Ответитьi think the second synth melody is a square wave with much modulation but cool video 👍
ОтветитьMagnífico impecável parabéns ❤❤❤🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
ОтветитьGreat attention to every particular. I know... i Made it with Logic, jdxa and Fa06 live. This song it’s so’ iconic you can use every keyboard. Great collaboration between you 2, when you make this kind Of production it’s not easy to work with someone else. An ex co-musician one time asked to me to just give him all my productions.. i said, but the’re is a Loft of job behind man.. answer.. i will download from internet.. me ok... do it.... end of collaboration... :-|||||
ОтветитьI think one of the biggest differences in general “feel” between your mixes and originals is that the originals are almost never quantized and the ever so slight differences in attacks culminate in an effect that’s hard to notice, but you can hear when it’s missing.
Ответитьthis was amazing great content
ОтветитьYou're in-depth Reconstruction of this track is so amazing, makes you appreciate the track even more ! You're Channel is a Synth- Masters Paradise, Very entertaining !
Ответитьthe original was recorded in a hotel room on an 8-track machine and they had to stop vocal recordings cause the wood fabrik nearby was too loud^^ great story behind ;)
Ответитьbeautiful!
ОтветитьGreat video! Keep them coming... They are very inspirational!
I got 2 comments:
1) The original share is either a bit longer or the reverb is a little more in your face.
2) We need to see Doctor Mix imitate the vocals too 😂
Mate, I love how positive your videos always are. You all seem like such a blast to just sit and watch and learn from.
Ответитьthis was so awesome to watch the creative flow and how much fun you both had! Thank ever so much for this reconstruction of a Iconic song :-)
ОтветитьThey used milk bottles, not wine bottles.
Ответить"There is kind of a cut in the middle of the frequency. Can you EQ out 1000, 2000" Those are some seriously good ears you've got, Doc.
Ответить👍
ОтветитьWhere are you from Dr Mix ? and you are based in England ?
ОтветитьFans of synth music don’t realize how complex the songs really are. Thank you, Doctor Mix for these videos reconstructing some of the beloved synth songs from the 80s. As a musician I really appreciate your breaking down the steps and getting as close as possible to the original songs! 🎹🎶
ОтветитьAbsolutely incredible Work. Love your passion and skills for recreate all these amazing Synth- Classics 👍.. I have a question: can you please recreate the Synthesizer Sound of "It's my Party by Dave Stewart and Barbara Gaskin, ( No. 1 in GB in 1981 ) ❤?
