When will they learn that their actions have consequences?

Idk why Clock Strikers popped up in my recommended, but I decided to look up more about it since I liked the art and was surprised that a Japanese mangaka would be so bold to serialize an Mc that's not a Japanese boy to appeal to all the teenagers that buy them. The top videos on it were people digging through drama or gassing up it's 'impact on the industry', and now I found it's made by an American. This comic probably came to my attention by a concerted effort by a group of people trying to get it up on the algorithm, but the kind of attention they gave to it set off such a bad vibe that I don't want anything to do with it anymore when I would've tried it out before.

Btw what did you think of that guy who white washed the Mc? Race washing in general is dumb imo.

It literally says shonen manga which means it’s manga for shonen jump

Yeah it's misleading. Why can't you just say "comic" or "manga" and that's it. Spitting out more words makes the quality less.

And here I thought Japan was actually onto something this is just an American comic that has nothing to do with Japan the creator must think this real problem of representation is a joke
