Is that knocking sound normal like do u know why it sounds like that I have a 98 and it sounds like it's knocking when it's idleing if u know why pls let me know it's stressing me out trying to figure it out

I have found one of these for $900. I'm gonna mostly be doing trail and field riding. What kind of maintenance and how often should I do? I'm thinking about just getting a 4 stroke because of all the frequent maintenance needs.
