Mastercam's Productivity+

I have used five or more levels of mastercam and all of a sudden on (X-7) the tool paths want to leave .05 material
on the finish surfaces and faces. I would never leave that much material anyway, but I have gotten several jobs back because
they are .05 or.1 over, or undersize. Checking all the defaults for every operation screws up the productivity too.
 Is there a way to put that default back to zero? The chains want to pick on the wrong size too.
