BRANDY ALEXANDER RECIPE:
(Yield: 1 cocktail)

1 ounce Creme de Cacao
1 1/2 ounce of Brandy or Cognac
1 ounce Heavy Cream
Ice
Stir until cold, then strain in to cocktail glass
Garnish with ground nutmeg

MILK PUNCH RECIPE:
(Yield: 1 cocktail)

2 ounces milk
2 ounces cream
1 1/2 ounces Brandy or Bourbon
1 1/2 ounces vanilla bean infused simple syrup
Ice
Stir until cold, then strain in to cocktail glass
Garnish with ground nutmeg
