This is the first clean with me I've seen where they pick up all the trash first! This is how I do it! Normally people do multiple things at once and it's frustrating to watch lol. You get the trash, you find all the dirty dishes around the kitchen and put them in the sink, put items away, then do the dishes then clean the counter and the sink & stove.

I have been decluttering since the new year began. I live in a senior apartment complex. Fortunately, we have a table and I put my freebies there. Spreading the wealth, lol. Our whole building does the same thing. Great video Mandy!

New subscriber. You literally just popped up on my feed. You had me at hot flashes😂….hysterectomy 10 yrs ago this yr. (At age 38) went through all the crazy symptoms. Can’t take estrogen due to the family history of cancer. I found keto 4 yrs ago, and it literally save me. All menopause symptoms vanished. Got my mother on it and she hasn’t had a fibro flare in three years. Just a suggestion if you ever want to try something natural. Wishing you the best of luck. We were wondering when bodhi was going to make his appearance, then he did ! Idk how you can sleep in flannel sheets year round! Wish I could..they are def soooo comfortable. Awe, even if you're not feeling the best, bodhi can make your day! The snow was beautiful! We got a decent amount where we are at , too- really does make for a good cleaning day. We need to try the static guard trick!

Oh my gosh I'm dying of laughter. I hadn't even noticed your massager till you mentioned it. My husband was given one of those for Christmas and he asked them what am I supposed to do with this its nasty. 🤣🤣🤣 I told him you have a dirty mind it's for massaging your body lol. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I was on estrogen on and off in my twenties side effects were not good for me I went into premenopause in my mid thirties and due to hysterectomy I was in full menopause by 41 and estrogen has never helped me but everyone is different. I hope it helps you .

So I had a hysterectomy when I was 53! I'm 66 now and still get night sweats so bad! I have RLS so bad I sometimes wish I could take my legs off at night so I could sleep! I feel you on the double chin! 😕😕 I swear sometimes I feel like I need to carry a bag with me to catch all the pieces of me that are sagging and dragging!! Getting older sucks! 😅😅

I took estrogen for two years. It worked wonders but I worried about the side effects so I stopped. But by then I was over the worst. It does help. I've heard bad things about black cohosh. It's a more natural approach. But it's been linked to pancreatitis. I take a woman's vitamin with immune boost too. Hopefully you'll get straightened out soon. I'm dying laughing-that's a body massager. Lol. I feel ya tho. I sleep on flannel year rod too. Great video. You're always so fun.
