i had a dream that my friends dad was my dad and my step mum was an old teacher and she threw a cat so i slapped her and started yelling at her not to so i got in trouble by both of them and i can’t remember the rest but i don’t think that’s a good dream 😂😂😂

but these videos really help me sleep so tank you 😌 but also what do i do if i can’t keep still, like i’m always moving coz i always feel the need to crack my neck, wrist and ankles A LOT soooo ya

Had a dream where I was drifting into space

I had this dream a while ago where I met someone amazing and everytime I try amd remember it I forget it more

Night one: I dreamed I was crossing the border from Canada to the USA cutting metal ropes In the way I loved it.

I did not even realize when did i fall asleep but woke up fresh and active which almost did not happened since a month

Last night I put this on before bed. I had a big exam today and I slept great, having a really interesting dream about parallel universes. I ended up getting an 80% (which is pretty good for me considering I’m actually getting 70s :D)
I have a lot of stress on my life (and 3 more exams tomorrow) so I’m glad my friend introduced me to such a great channel 💕

(Update: I got 90% average on my exams! :D)

So basically started to feel like the most depressed I’ve been in years. Then I started to have panic attacks again so I started falling asleep at like 2 AM (mainly due to depression). So I stumbled across your channel in a bid to fix my sleep schedule and I actually went to sleep at 11:30 pm and slept peacefully for a whole 8 hours. So thank you so much, I really appreciate you.

i woke up immediately when i heard my dad's voice in my dreams. papa who passed away few months ago, he was asking me to cook rice like before and i thought it was real. i'm trying my self not to cry. atm

Omg i can't believe what I've just experienced! I fell so deep it felt crazy! I felt like whole room was spinning for some reason. And i was so tightly wrapped up with...your words. It even felt scary like I wasn't be able to let loose. Then as you counted up I felt that tight grip becoming looser and looser. At 10, I was free.

I dreamed of waking on a beach and sitting in the sand. From a distance, I could hear an owl sitting on a perch (the owl is my spirit animal and in my dreams, symbolizes my subconscious watching over me). The rest is blurry, but it was a pleasant dream. Thank you ever so much, Sir!

Hey Nimja you are responsible for my wasted headphones lol. I fail at "taking off my headphones" nearly every damn time. Never failed at relaxation part though, you are the best all the jokes aside.
