I guess the carbon monoxide could get to you, but then why even attempt the challenge if it's not possible. Or you could have brought a leaf blower or something portable that would have allowed you to recycle the air.

I could NEVER do the shit you do, but if you want to grow on YT you gotta impress people and stand out. A few hours in a bubble on the lake just isn't enough for most people.

I personally enjoy all your content and I can see the blood sweat and tears you and your dad put into your channel - but unfortunately most people only care when people do extreme, dangerous and/or funny stuff and then suffer but eventually succeed. Basic storytelling stuff - Airrack is good at that. He always has an unexpected 'issue' that urgently comes up and must be overcome before succeeding.

Also, maybe look into an editor who is trying to fill their portfolio/resume as I believe better quality editing, visuals, audio, sound effects such might really help you grow your audience.

Keep with it. Keep up the great work. Your hardwork will payoff, maybe in unexpected ways however. And STICK THROUGH YOUR CHALLENGES NO MATTER WHAT - do the planning and prep work ahead so you KNOW you have the right supplies and setup to be safe. That way you have a much better chance of not failing challenges.
