How much yarn to get?
ОтветитьGirl! Where is your demon slayer one! I was wait uti see the finished product 😂❤
ОтветитьI DONT undertsand hwo to get the amount of squares for each thing. Do you need enough squares for the front and back of an arm, do you need to make some for the sides?? I don’t understand and I’m getting frustrated and crying pls help
ОтветитьIt took me entire day to make measurements and change sizes of squares to make it fit me (i used 10cm and yours are like 12,5), than like a month to crochet squares and saw front and back and still have to make sleeves but rn im starting ribbing part and im soooo proud of my work. Thank you for this tutorial ❤
Ответитьfew questions, I’m making it and am thinking about giving up bc there were things that Yiu either didn’t mention, or I just don’t understand and.these are my questions:
How do you knwo how many squares to make based on your own measurements?
How long will the front and back ribbing?
What parts do you put together and where?
How do you rib it?
Do you learn how to make the button strip thing separately?
How do you attach the buttons?
How do you knwo how long your squares should be? Or is it your personal preference?
Am I just dumb because I don’t understand?
I’m basically kid sized, and my arm length seems to small that if I put 2 squares, just 2, suddenly I can’t do any more because then it will be too big!
Also, how do you get the arms to become cylinders? Where do you stitch them together?
How do you stitch the arms to the torso?
How do you make the collar?
please help
i’ve been taking my time making this cardigan as an end of summer/early fall project, and it’s been such a rewarding and lovely way to spend my time before i go off to college!! i taught my mom and some friends how to crochet, so they’ve been making squares for me and it makes me so happy to see my little pile grow every day :) and to know that i’ll always have something people i love helped me make when i’m at college !! tysm for this<3333
ОтветитьAbsolutely love how every single thing is so detailed good work .
ОтветитьAnyone have any tips on changing for size ? This is my first time doing something like this : )

Ответить😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
ОтветитьIm actually trying to recreate the og cardigan (With my own colors of course) because I absolutely love how it looks (With my own colors of course)! I was wondering tho, about @ikoxum 's measurements so I can compare them to mine as I start doing this project!
ОтветитьThe sewing looks super neat 😭 I made one inspired by your videos but I did the tension different on the squares and when sewing I had to make sure I sew at the right row so I feel like the final size of the cardigan is really different to what it was supposed to be. Nevertheless I love my fall themed frankeinstein!
ОтветитьHow many yarn balls i need ?😶😀
ОтветитьThis is so helpful! Thank you for the thorough explanation! Can you please make a tutorial on how to add a hood to our cardigans too? Thanks!

ОтветитьBERMANFAAT BANGETTT MAKASIH KAK💞💞💞💗💗💗💗
Ответитьfor anyone who also hates actual measurements. i use the height of my phone (ofc that depends on your iphone) but it helped to find something easier
ОтветитьI found ur page a day ago & I love ur crochet tuts!! I've always wanted a custom cardigan so this tutorial appeared to me in the perfect timing as I'm now getting into crochet ❤
Ответитьim poor so im using acrylic too haha. Its difficult to get colours I want in other yarns. (and expensive) T_T
Also i love the aesthetic of your videos and your editing. The doodle of you is so cute ^_^

ОтветитьNooo I messed up the arms because I didn’t realize what we were supposed to do 😢
ОтветитьHow many yarns did you use?
ОтветитьHAHA THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PUTTING A TANJIRO ONE THAT'S WHY I CAME HERE 😭✋
ОтветитьWhat yarn weight you used on the cardigan you made before this one ( the fall themed one)?
ОтветитьHow many grams of yarn did you used for that mam?thank u
Ответитьi don't know if someones going to answer my question, but its worth a try I guess. I just wanted to start this but with the measurements from the fall cardigan. I did 22 chains but mine is 10cm and not 13,97cm long. Should I chain more to get to 4cm more or leave it like that?
ОтветитьIs it a big deal if I don't do those half squares??
ОтветитьI’m so confused rn why is the back panel so long compared to the front and why is the 1 front panels 14 1/2 inch ?
ОтветитьTysm. Im so happy with mine :) I made a tanjiros haori but in cardigan form. I ❤ it. TYSMMM BESTIEE ❣️❣️💗💗
ОтветитьHello! I have a question, I’m a kid, (under the age of 14) this may be weird but how long is ur arm in inches so I know how to fix the pattern to be my size?
ОтветитьI told myself id wait to start this and be patient but no , I grabbed my cared went to joann fabrics and purchased 6 things of yarn lol
ОтветитьHelp!! How many wools did u use for making that cardigan?
ОтветитьI'm an experienced crocheter but I love how well you explained to newer people. Great video 😊
ОтветитьI’ve started assembling the cardigan along with pockets that I added to the design, and this tutorial has been a godsend. Thank you so much for making that first video or else idk where I’d be in my crochet journey
ОтветитьI do not know English, but I know what you are talking about because of your clarifications in Montage. Can you put a translation into Arabic following you from Saudi Arabia🇸🇦
ОтветитьHow much yarn did you use per color? And the ribbing
Ответитьquick question, when you say 20 rows, is that including the chain you started with. So would you do one chain and then 19 rows of single crochets or is it 20 rows of single crochets in addition to the chain you started with. Meaning 21 in total?
ОтветитьI love the song choice, was like meditating on Gods good promises whilst crocheting. So so goood ❤
ОтветитьI'm slowly following this tutorial with some small alterations for myself! I'm pretty well expierenced in crochet but not so much making my own patterns, so your pattern tutorial was very helpful and reminded me of things I tend to forget when I'm excited x3. Your other content looks amazing and I may check out more in the future!
ОтветитьNew sub, I haven’t started mine yet, but I think this will help alot, you explained it so well!❤
ОтветитьMaking this with HDC and I'm nervous for how it'll turn out but I'm also curious! I hope I don't waste all of my time 🤣
Ответитьbe blessed for this tutorial! thanks so much!
Ответитьwait how did you get the measurements for the squares??
Ответитьwhat do u do if you wanna make it longer but you already have made it?
do u have to make the whole cardigan again or what?
please let me know! ty :)
I have some questions, are you able to use two different sized squares for ex: 5.5x5.5 and 5x5 in the same sweater? (5x5) for sleeves and the other size for the rest. Second question, my model was 5 squares across in width for the back panel however my two front panels are each two squares in width. Do you think the lack of a square in width in the front would matter? Or do you recommend having an even number instead for the back panel so that the front panels can be divided evenly. I would be very grateful if you replied 🫶🏼💕
Ответитьjust started! i’ll update daily
day 1 ✅: bought yarn+drew diagram
day 2 ✅: finished square 1 and half of square 2
day 3 ✅: finished square 2, had to redo square 1 because it was the wrong size, started square 3
