How da F the blue light is harmful while living in a world that is mostly blue..?

You know they tell you not to wash your glasses that are coated with the blue film in hot water so I guess it's removable

We all know that any doctor will say anything to keep patients coming in and spending millions. That doctor is a damn liar.

Let's be honest here blue-light filtering glass can give some relief - I wouldn't buy what those salesman are saying

Eyes doctor just read the scripture from a list is not their fault they are just working there they need to get paid for doing their job

There is a thing here, why we go blind when we don't use sun glasses in snowy places?
Is it becuz we don't rest our eyes as the bald doc said? I mean OC it will make a change cuz our eyes are shut and we are not looking the white snow.
is it becuz the UV beams bounce and hit our eyes hard?

The pricing is weird. One company I went too to get my glasses reglazed offer the blue light coating. For their standard lenses it was an extra £10, for their thin lenses it was an extra £20. I asked the sales guy why it was double the price on the thinner lenses, I mean it’s coating the same surface area as the standard lenses- the lens are just thinner. He couldn’t explain it. 😂

I used blue light lenses for over five years and it never felt like those lenses were easing the strain on my eyes. Instead, I often got headache and dizziness. Only recently moved back to normal lenses, and the experiences is far better. Don't feel any strain on my eyes anymore and I can see things more clearly.

This video so far shows that blue lights is not that bad. Sure its not good to stare but it actually sheds a light for me that the whole blue light dears are not bad or barely

What would be better for everyone, is that if all websites offered a dark mode of there site for night time, or after dark.

All websites should give you a choice of a dark mode, and people should be advised to use it especially in the evenings, when lighting is worse around you.

If websites offered a darkmode web page of there pages that people looked at, it would cut down on alot of eye strain, in evenings and at night time.

Your news stations should promote people to do darkmode option of there webpage for evenings, and night.

That would be your best advice.
