The Chills I got from this video alone. Inarizaki's banner is my favorite, and thank you for putting into words why.
ОтветитьWhat i love about Atsumu, is that he's just a player who plays fornthe sheer love for the game.
He's put TONS of work into optimizing sets for his teammates to perform their best, and takes in everything that volleyball entails: The Cheers, the Boos, the criticism, the praise, the noise. ALL OF IT.
And I just love that smile he gets when palying players of high caliber.
Kita is the GOAT.
Ответитьgave me tears a true masterpiece
ОтветитьI absolutely adore the scene where Osamu sets the freak quick for Atsumu because it perfectly represents what Inarazaki is all about: dont worry about the past, dont fret over the future, live in the present and always try new things no matter how crazy.
ОтветитьPlease make a video on Kamomedai!!!
ОтветитьMake an osamu vid
ОтветитьChapter 283 depicts this motto so much by Karasuno. Earlier in the chapter Kita, whose character i adore, mentioned that he wasnt too fond of their motto and how he and daichi are probably the same in that they are the stable foundation that lets their wild children run free causing chaos for opponents.
In the middle of the chapter he mentally dictates how karasuno has not used a back row synchro attack at all against shiratorizawa and used it only once as a surprise attack against them.
And the chapter finishes with just that attack from daichi no less, one who is meant to captain their stability and not their trailblazer. The chapter overall hits so much more when you understand the depth of each panel
We don't need the memories, karasuno remembered the pain of losing against aoba johsai and because of that memory of losing because of remembering the weakness of the quick special they won against inarizaki
Ответитьkita GOD
ОтветитьBruh share your thoughts on kita shinsuke i really Love how you explained everything in detail about characters ❤️❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьOk then with all that said, there's still a question remaining for me, what made Karasuno better than this powerhouse of a team?
ОтветитьOikawa & Atsumu are the reasons i am now a setter myself
this really struck home, thank you once more!
Inarizaki was also my favourite team from when i first saw them, and I was very taken with Atsumu from the camp too. I like this contrast of atsumu being the main experimenter and kita bringing balance and stabilising the risk taking before it gets out of hand. I really loved that we also get to see some moments of brilliance from Osamu in the match, like the fake spike that turns into a set, etc.
One thing about the plot though- it feels a bit forced that the 2nd ranked team lost to a basically rookie team (Karasuno), while playing at their best and not making significant mistakes. I know that the idea is hinata and kageyama understood what the twins were up to and could counter it, Tsukki slowly working on Suna and all the rest, but still...
I never really gave much thought about why Kita was the captain, but your short explanation made me understand so much better
Ответить"So devastating that it puts Karasuno in a panic frenzy-"
Me watching it for the first time: On the floor sobbing
Bro, just on the haikyuu teams part of the video, You're already making me cry.
ОтветитьI actually never got the meaning of their banner "we don't need the memories" and it has been bothering me all season.
Thanks a lotttt!
Perhaps i wasn't able to enjoy inarizaki as a team because I was on the edge of my seat rooting for Karasuno - obviously - but I did admire the miya twins and Kita, especially Kita, so it's always helpful when someone who was inspired by them talk about them.
Nicely written, im just too high to type rn, but still did so there you have it
ОтветитьOne of the other reason I love this match so much because it literally deconstructs the concept of 'prodigy/genius' through Kita. Like the players we call genius in the series are not genius because they are simply born like this. They're born with hunger for volleyball. They're willing to sacrifice their blood, sweat and tears to get good in the game and stay in the court.
It also showcases how people have hunger for different things in lives. Osamu doesn't have the same hunger for volleyball as Atsumu. But it's ok. It's ok to be good in something but leaving it for the lack of passion.
This kinds of stuff is what i like about sports anime. I wish my life is as colorful and as passionate
ОтветитьThank you from all my heart for this video. This is helpful for the real life

Inarizaki's #14 got Best Server in his 3rd year of high school. I thought that was really cool after seeing him struggle and feel worthless for so long.
Whenever i feel down I watch this video for some reason Inarizaki psychology keeps my sprit up
ОтветитьI agree with you so much
Ответитьbro rlly skipped over akagi, ren and gin
Ответитьyour words are amazing man
ОтветитьI just now realized that the main purpose of the existence of Johzenji in the story is to contrast how they are the chaos parallel to Inarizaki if the chaos wasn't controlled and calculated
ОтветитьOne thing to remember is Atsumu being the clearly better volleyball player is a relatively new development. Osamu was better for a time and they were equal more or less for even more time. Funny enough Atsumu is probably the last one to realize how far ahead he is when it comes to the all japan selection and how he's the only one really angry about Osamu not making the cut. Just an interesting dynamic. Aran narrating their story is one of my favorite back story deliveries in the show.
Ответитьnot gonna lie I was lowkey rooting for them but aran was the most underwehlming of the top 5 aces he was not as hyped as others
Ответитьweird accent, good content
ОтветитьI WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE with this, I absolutely loved this team when I first watched them and had no clue why. It wasn't until I started picking apart what their banner/philosophy meant and who the characters were that I really started to know why I love them. "We don't need things like memories" is such a simple but strong message that resonates with me as someone who dwells on the past a lot and has anxiety. I love Kita and his character, the ideal person with the discipline that I lack and have since tried to embody his (and Atsumu's) mindset. NOT TO MENTION, THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY GOATED WITH THE MIYA TWINS, ARAN, SUNA, ETC. Real or fictional, they'd be an absolute fun team to watch.
ОтветитьOikawa is my favorite character because his serve always looks so cool and his vibe is somehow the same as Urahara in Bleach and that’s what I love about him
Ответитьthis shows that there is so much more to the anime than volleyball
ОтветитьSoz I'm not alone who is motivated by the words
"Who wants memories"
Actually It is We don't need Memories....
But I forgotten and it changed like this...
Just here cause I love Suna. Lol
ОтветитьNo matter how shit or amazing you were in the past, what matters is what you do in this moment
ОтветитьCould you make a video about fukurodani?
ОтветитьI never thought I would play Volleyball, but this anime gave me all those chills or reasons to start this sports in my late twenties. People gets baffled when I tell them that I invested good money on Net & a volleyball right after watching this anime. Good part is i am loving it despite all those struggles of gathering my workplace teammates to play & to improve upon the skill of receiving or spiking the ball.
ОтветитьI'm simping over Shinsuke Kita after being introduced to Inarizaki. He is LITERALLY the Standard, the role model.
ОтветитьReally REALLY well thought out analysis!!!!
ОтветитьI don't know if people know this but the seiyuus for the Miya twins are two different people as well. Not to mention, their natural voices are very different that, logically, it would be a terrible idea to make them voice identical twins. The more peppy voice of Atsumu belongs to Miyano Mamoru who actually speaks with a noticeably higher pitch, which often comes out during scenes where Atsumu is excited. Osamu is voiced by Hideaki Kabumoto whose natural voice is in what I think is a baritone pitch, and the texture is noticeably coarse, which also comes out when the character is excited. It's a testament to the creativity and knowledge of the staff to not just hire two different people for the role of twins, but to have typecasted them, and made it work (it seems many fans actually don't know they're not voiced by the same person). It drives home the fact that Atsumu and Osamu, despite being twins, are two very distinct characters who are noticeably different in their personality, aspirations, and even their voices.
ОтветитьI love your analysis and the way Inarizaki told us to take risk and don't look back but rather converted as experience is facinating but what I like in their match was the last point when they pull the free quick back attack and Hinata and Kageyama block it is for me the scene that show Karasuno own way of see the "we don't neeed memories" and the comparison is so cool. Like this whole match isn't like their first where it was half luck and half skill but all of the point were "calculated" thanks to their experience. Nonetheless Inarizaki truly is the ultimate challenger in the end.
ОтветитьBro your background music work is epic
Ответитьthey way you say karsuno, almost made me stop watching haha
ОтветитьI swear i always think i dislike some teams like i thought i was gonna dislike inarizaki because of their crowd and how Atsumu acted at the camp but damn haikyu doesn't have a team that you can't find something in.
ОтветитьHey i always reread manga of haikyuu. Also slamdunk, maybe you want to review it
Ответитьinarizakis banner quote for me really represents Atsumo ..
