Because my mother and I were going to travel there as she was of Armstrong heritage, but she got skin cancer and died 6 weeks later. Then I was going to go with a little of her ashes and the travel agent told me not to because some illness was hitting Europe, aka Covid. Now I want to go to see my friend’s granddaughter, Maya, who is now 5 and had a cancer tumor removed from her spine resulting in a “Neurogenic bladder” and permanent catheter. But I can’t afford it because I am still paying student loans, which is going to get worse under our new President.
ОтветитьI sure wish I could meet a sweet Scottish Lass and live in Bonnie Scotland 😍🎶🏴
Ответитьoffer the honeymoon I never got to offer my wife
ОтветитьI would love this because I have never been to Europe, especially beautiful Scotland. Robert Louis Stevenson land.
ОтветитьI would love this because my grandfather's family comes from Berwick-upon -Tweed ...they were soldiers and he gave me a Scottish name Donald Bruce.. I love the history and people of Scotland...we are American now...
ОтветитьMy siblings and I were recently involved in a motor vehicle accident accident and this trip would certainly lift our spirits up. Scotland is such a beautiful country!
ОтветитьAhh, it’s where my sole belongs…
ОтветитьIt would be awesome!
ОтветитьI have loved Outlander from the very first, even though it broke my heart a few times. Maybe that's what Scotland's mystery and joy is about, a connection that breaks your heart and heals it over and over.
ОтветитьA dee oot
ОтветитьWHY/how could anyone NOT love this??!
ОтветитьI love Scotland
ОтветитьThat was my favorite scene
ОтветитьI wish I could visit the Dunvegan castle, Isle of Skye, the MacLeod seat. My husband's clan is from there.
ОтветитьMy dream has always been to visit Scotland. I love the history and culture ❤
Edit: also love Outlander!
I would love to explore the countryside, climb a ben maybe, wander through Edinburgh with my Munro husband.
ОтветитьTo enjoy people, nature, culture, atmosphere of this country that once hosted my son
ОтветитьBellissima ci devo andare prima di...🥰🤗🇮🇹❤️👋🙏
ОтветитьWhy would I love this? Well, since I was a little girl (from Brazil) I would watch, with my eyes glued to the TV, movies showing the scenery and the history of Scotland, feeling like, somehow I had been there before. A longing never easily explained. The magic sound of the bagpipes speak to me, to my soul, and sometimes their melody bring me to tears. I plan and have been saving money, to spend my honeymoon in Scotland, even if just for a day, few days, it would be a dream come true. I can also say how big of a fan of Outlander I am, and that I have even some of the lines memorized. How I've immersed myself into the country's history throughout the years, and the list of castles I would like to see. I've been trying to learn Scottish Gaelic as well, to better honour the culture of the people who live and have lived there. I would really love this, and probably would be so shocked if I were to win it, that maybe it would take a few minutes to believe it. I can only hope, and dream. One day I will be there 😊
ОтветитьMy husband and I haven’t taken a vacation in years, and to go to Scotland would be like a second honeymoon- especially if you tell my hubby that men have to wear kilts on the tour- it would be a dream come true experience!
ОтветитьWhy Scotland? Because I've been there in my past life. I know the warm hearted people, the dreamy Highlands and joyful evenings in the pub next to my street.
I've been there when I was 13, with my dad and grandpa. We've been to the Dunnotar Castle and I want that feeling again.
I want to come back since then but I'm poor like a mouse that's longing for some food in the company of a romantic poet in the 18th century.
My spirit told me that I had an incarnation as Robert Burns. Sounds like esoteric, it sure is though, but for me it's just history.
The amount of history and fight for freedom is in every cell of this country and people that you can spend an evening in a pub with and never get bored.
I would bring my dad as my travel buddy, which is also a huge UK and history fan and as fearless as the strong lads on this isle.

My husband and I wanted to go for a long time go hiking in Scottland.
2017 when I had my 25th birthday, he booked us flights and a travel route. Then I got severly ill and we had to cancel the trip.
2020 we tried again, wanted to combine the stay with a concert in the underground London - and when everything was booked, came the first lockdown.
2023 we got married and decided we want to go for our honey moon to scottland. And a week before the weeding we found out that I am pregnant ❤️ which is amazing and our son is an adorable and amazing miracle. But now our honey moon has to wait another few years 🥲
We hope to manage to get there in the future ❤️
It's a beautiful country yes I'd love it rich history 💕💕💕💕
ОтветитьI have been here
ОтветитьI went to some of the outlander locations while there last May.. you need lots of time to do all you would like to do. we had 6 nights and 5 days, not enough. Pick one location to stay, and travel out each day. Between the airport and 4 different hotels, we spent too much time getting to and from them, packing and unpacking, we had to rush to each place and missed so much just driving. One day I'll go back and do it the right way. It is very beautiful and majestic. Take your time..
ОтветитьI would love to visit the home land of my ancestors, Scotland. 🍀💖🍀
ОтветитьMy family Brown come from Scotland many years ago, before I was born.. my great great great great uncle Richard Brown have some castle over there.. so I wish to visit Scoltland😊
ОтветитьI would so love to win. I adore Outlander, and just found out I'm 78% Scottish from a DNA test.

ОтветитьI love it!!❤
ОтветитьI ache inside when i see Scotland's rolling hills and historic sites. To reside in a thatched cottage in a small village with a pub, a bookstore and a market would be heaven on earth.
ОтветитьWhen is the best time to visit Scotland ❤
