Stunning the cost nowadays. Granted mine did not have the features that this does but it cost $21,000 US about 18 years ago. Complete. Fully finished as any home would be in North America. Wood siding and metal roof with dry wall interior. Normal bathroom. Engineered wood flooring with tile bathroom. So the cost of materials are insane.

Hey drew, maybe you can include a hydrolic jack and on each corner of the trailer. You can use the jack just by pressing the lever, better than to go an crack it using hand. just suggestion. love the build. From Malaysia

I genuinely plan on living out of a trailer at some point, in between living with family and living on my own in a permanent home, but your project gives me a good foothold into a possible solution to my problem. Make a permanent home, on wheels.

I'm very interested in the idea of living in a tiny home, but sadly the law in Germany restricts it massively and pretty much makes living in a tiny house full-time illegal.

For the levelling I have a kinda hidden hope that you come up with an automatic self levelling idea of leadscrew motors driven by a digital level of some sort 😂
Since I live in Hungary, I am unaware of ground clearence regulations, but powerbanks under the frame do sound like a sound idea to me, and perhaps solar later on? Or off-grid ready is not part of your design? Or not yet?

My friend..I did watch from beginning to end and I want to congratulate you. I've been in residentlal construction for almost 20 years (and have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management) and the skill and craftsmanship I saw in your build is easily on par, if not better, than those who've been doing it for decades. You should be very proud what you've built here. Well done!

Like you said, the biggest part missing from all the other videos is including EVERYTHING. I've not, and probably never will build anything of this grandure but I'd still watch 6 hours of it.

If you want to use LED stripes in your interior, I can recommend COB LED's instead of the normal ones. On COB LED's you don't see every LED, which gives you a nice fade.

for interiors: I would suggest some part, if not all, from Japanese interior design - pure and simple timber style..
