Paimon the most loyal demon to Lucifer, it makes sense that the traveler is Lucifer since there's a 4 descender in genshin and in the bible there's 4 fallen angels, and one of the fallen angels is Lucifer, and yes one of the 4 genshin descenders is the traveler.

What if Paimon, the Traveler and their “Abyss Twin” are the Primordial One of Teyvat split in three for mentioned Primordial One to preside over the three realms of the world (Light, Human, and Abyss) to better control that world? Then things got out of wack during the Cataclysm and that’s how the Ley Lines among other bad things happen since they weren’t in check. Then the Traveler, Paimon- even the Abyss Twin- is trying to correct the his discord in their own way, even as it conflicts to one another’s ideals since there was a time displacement.

The language thing with Paimon has always confused me because how did Paimon know the language that Aether spoke? She taught him teyvats language, which means she mustve had to speak to him in his original language and understand it.
