Then in nineties criminalism becomes romanticized and due to the lack of development in this region there are still some echoes of this culture.

You should use nominal gdp instead of GDP which is a better indicator of growth. Russia has a very high nominal gdp

When you think about Russia could be one of the richest countries on the planet, likely sitting in the 2nd or 3rd place and yet they do not realize it. They are quite literally walking atop wealth and no I am not just talking about hydrocarbons, but rather metals, gems, forestry, agriculture etc. to bad they can't seem to curtail their corruption to any meaningful degree, which would allow them to pursue meaningful economic development on that kind of scale, also funneling money from their hydrocarbon sales which could have been used to exploit those other resources into their MIC doesn't help and didn't pan out well in the long term either.

И если говорить о русскоговорящих то их много разными группами проживает не только в России, они есть в ближайших странах СНГ, в США, в Израиле и проживают в разных странах по всему миру. As far as i know the distribution of ethnicity is counted with the population census, and even if technically people have ethnicity different from russian they still can write themselves down as russian, ethnicity is not that big of a topick in russia, if you don't look like stereotypical russin you still can be called russian if you want.

GDP is bad indicator for comparing economies. Its much more accurate (but still far from perfect) to compare economy size by GDP PPP. For example in 2022 USS exchange rate was 75RUB per USD in January, 120 in March, 52 in June and 60 in August. Russian GDP in RUB was more or less same whole year, but If we use GDP in USD Russian economy size increased 130% between March and June, which is absurd. GDP PPP take into account price difference. And GDP PPP show most developing countries economies are way bigger then their nominal GDP indicate.

Your map of Russia does not include Crimea and the Donbass so you are probably talking of another country. Talking about GDP, your figures are coming from the West. Give Russia to America with the very economy and instantly, the GDP will be announced at $7 trillions without any changes.

Far east sea infrastructure is actually pretty solid in Russia. It was a major hub for South Eastern Asia transit to Europe, with sea+rail (or rail only) transportation being faster alternative to sea only transportation. It facilitates not only needs of european part of Russia, but also was one of the dependable routs to EU (especially with sea freight cost inflation in 2021).
