That's a fantastic track! We want more :)
Nice track ;) "oldschool ambient" - it exists)
Ответитьthat is some great stuff.
if you have more, you should upload it :)
Music needs to be heard!
great track Ralph, were you trained in piano? or was it one of those things where you found a few nice chords and memorized them for the take? im not trained in piano, but one of the great things about midi and sequencers is that you can build your chord progression slowly piece by piece and 'simulate' some piano skills! ;)
Lovely stuff, Ralph. If you have any more, feel free to share it!
Ответитьsehr interessant, danke
Beautiful Ralph, thanks for sharing.
Yes, beautiful. This Vocoder is still impressing me.
It fits to the nostalgic mood, i`m in since Bowie died.
Remember when we were young.... :-]
Beautiful track with fantastic vintage machines!
Wow , amazing stuff. The old pics of you just make is absolutely epic in every way !! Like others have said , you should share more stuff sometime . Also , I love that little hand palm cam cut you do . =P
I always wondered why "Berlin school"and why "Ambient" cause I didn't see any tracks from you before!
But now everything is clear! Great when having friends with a big studio ! And of course
Amazing track, especially when knowing it live and without MIDI! And pics of that time rock, too!
Many greetz from Dresden, Rob
Great video and beautiful track Ralph! It was really nice to see all that vintage gear. What type of system was that big, yellow computer?
Thanks also for all the hard work you put into your videos. I find your channel very entertaining and informative.
Great sounds :) I do love the 80s! We should schedule a chat about it when we meet for our vlog!
Ответитьfind ich echt super!
This reminds me of Klaus Schulze's track from Body love 2 Moogetique
Very enjoyable. It makes me think of Robert Schröder's harmonic ascendant, although very different! I like the human feel to it. Please share more :D
Very enjoyable. Nice video, as always! :)
1983... I was born in 1991... I have so much stuff to catch up on. Just discovered the Blade Runner OST the other day. Really enjoyed your first track there. Gonna check out more of your stuff. P.L.U.R.
Great! :)
This is awesome!
I was born in 1975 and when I was quite young, my dad would record all of the "Hearts of Space" radio shows on US Public Radio. That's when I first heard Tangerine Dream, Jean-Michel Jarre, Brian Eno, and so much more. I wish I still had all of those old cassettes. I've been into synthesizers ever since, and my passion for them just gets stronger. I love your enthusiasm and love for the music and I love when you have jams on your channel. It gives me so many wonderful memories, while simultaneously giving me something new to watch and hear. Thanks for your posts :)
Great track, and great channel - I like the ideas you have going forward with your channel.
A very nice blast from the past! Cool pictures!
Ответитьcool!
Wow, dit you win the lottery when you were young ?!
It's like a catalogue of all the best stuff back then !!
By the way, that clothing is probably totally übercool again ;)
Love your music, and the old pictures.
I was born in 1960 and have loved synth music since I was a young man.
I am happy to have many of the Behringer reproductions, and other companies synthesizers now.
So much fun to be creative with these things.
Love the Berlin School, and ambient soundscapes.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge, and best wishes for your continued success.
Keep it up Mr. Baumgartl!
I recommend another Berlin School band called POND.
Hi Ralph.
I am one of your close followers.
Got my two Behringer 2600s now.
I will use one for bass and the other for Berlin school type arpeggios.
A real analogue vintage tape echo will be out of my reach so I have to opt for a modern one.
Can you guide me on which one to get specifically for Berlin School genre please?
I am juggling on the Strymon Timeline or the El Capistan but if you know of another then I will always take your good advice. You have been doing this a long long time!
Peter.
Ps...I already have tge Walrus Slöer but do not know if it is suitable for Berlin School.
Great track, and I love those old pics. I can’t believe I’m just now discovering your channel. I immediately subscribed, looking forward to exploring your uploads!
