Lowrance Elite 5 HDI - Completely Dead, Will Not Power On

do you take outside work. I have a lowrance 5hdi that will not power up.

do you do work on units from Canada, I have a Lowrance elite 5 that needs repair.

Hi, you have very good skills' sir. My Lawrence hook 5 chirp is powering on but stuck on start up screen, first I tried(H rest) by holding both + - buttons when powering on till it beeps and then releasing no go, then (S reset) holding page button then power on but to no avail, also i can't turn it off with power button, any ideas before i send it to a tec, Thanks from New Zealand
