ОтветитьIt was an amazing video but I don't think it was for beginners. I have never done pilates in my life and I am new in this whole cardio/pilates things. I couldn't make it but I want to try it again after doing easier exercies.

ОтветитьMy first time doing it today. It was fun. I had to stop in the middle because i took my shirt off because i got hot and on the one of your hand and knees lifting your leg behind you, i saw how much of my skin and stomach were hanging ( i weigh 125 pounds lost all my baby weight just have lose skin now) once i saw how i looked i tried to suck it up to be flat ended up pulling on some stomach muscles ill have try again tomorrow, i let myself in my head with how i look and screwed up. Other than that this was fun. Thank you for posting.

ОтветитьThese are so easy to follow since u put the instructions 5 seconds before the actual exercise. I always watch the whole video before trying it. That way I can see if there’s instructions…and there is! Ur an angel for that so thank u!!!!!

ОтветитьI did so good except for that table crunch to three legged dog 😅 if anyone has any tips I couldn’t for the life of me get the transition form from crunch to dog 😭either my toes couldn’t handle it or my knee 💀 and I’m only 24 I swear I’m not even of bad knee age 😂
