I do hope they strengthen this lineup by offering the 1.8 liter hybrid from the corolla and corolla cross as a replacement for the 2 liter NA and offer a no frills version of it.

akala kasi ng iba face lift itong zenix pero eto ang 3rd gen innova, the new generation. Naalala ko yung mga salesman sa toyota ganoon minamarket ang zenix, facelifted daw.

the difference between the zenix and the innova is that the innova can really go hard uphill. This one will skid and will have a super hard time uphill as per Indonesian video.

mas maganda paden ang previous Innova with diesel engine mas cheaper than this gasoline engine and comes with more seats 8 person than this can accomodate 7 persons only. 😂

If it's 2.0 liter turbo that much better and more torque even it's a front wheel drive.

This guy is a much much better reviewer. None of those oversupply of cringy forced jokes that brings goosebumps instead of laughs. Here I can really appreciate and take in all the details of the vehicle being reviewed.

It would be the ideal family car for me if the Hybrid version came with a bench 2nd row instead of captain seats. Hopefully, more hybrid variants will be offered in the future.

Okay sana if the hybrid version is just kahit 2.0m, not 2.3m. Then at least have 2nd row bench seats to make it cheaper. Hybrids are enticing if they are priced right.I mean, look at the Kicks and, though mild, the Okavango. I'll understand if it's a Rav4 Hybrid because of the CR-V's price din, pero this is supposed to be a people mover first.

Innova = para sa real men/women who will be paying for the PMS and maintenance; this is the real vehicle trekking the real roads.

Zenix = para sa mga gen-Z na tingin nila iPhone yang sasakyan—their mommy and daddy will be the ones to pay for the car’s maintenance. So kapag nasira yang digital dashboard in 3-5years time, eh di si daddy na bibili ng bagong dashboard, many money ulet ang casa.

For that price, I'd go with the older diesel model. Innova's are known people movers inspite the MPV badge. We owned once before (2006 E M/T diesel) and was realiable as ever. But nonetheless, this was a good review from autoindustriya. Keep it up!

We have two Innova Diesels, the old 2.8 and new 2.8 with facelift. I think this Zenix will not sell well for many reasons.

Including na yung: 2nd row seat style is not for Pinoys' usage, no diesel option, alanganin ung price, close na sa SUV territory gaya ng Montero at MU-X.

No thanks. Will keep our 2017 Innova E 2.8 AT. I would not touch a CVT in any car as they are still prone to premature failure, especially if not serviced regularly. A normal AT is much more durable. No diesel option is a big step backwards. Front Wheel Drive may give more interior room for the same footprint but I prefer Rear Wheel Drive. The old Innova, being based on the Two Wheel Drive HiLux platform gives more ground clearance. This is highly desirable on some of the roads here in Cavite. This one appears to be only a 7 seater (even if it supposedly has more interior room), whereas ours is an 8 seater. If we decide to change cars in a few years time, a diesel Fortuner or HiLux dual cab would be at the top of our shopping list.

The fuel consumption I'm curious about the 18km consumption how many passengers did you carry? Because we all know the reason we buy the Innova is for people hauling. So is the consumption only for 1 passenger?

I like the Zennix because it has practically all the features of the RAV4 Hybrid but at a lower price tag and more carrying capacity and power. I still wish it had the torque of the Diesel Innova. I also love yhe captains seat in the 2nd row, as it is a much cheaper substitute to the Alphard or the Toyota Elite. I would definitely prefer the Zennix over the Fortuner given the features and it looks so much more of a SUV now than a MPV plus it is a hybrid and is exempted from number coding. I do own a 2.8 diesel Innova but I am interested in the New Innova Zennix.
