ОтветитьLove this guy, so real yet so funny.
ОтветитьSolid stuff! The first 4 are what I stress to Bartenders the most. That's where the tips come from.
ОтветитьCould you answer my question please?
Why do you want to be a bartender sir?
Tom did clean the bar in cocktail in Jamaica MAN
ОтветитьGreat!
ОтветитьUse a roux to make gravy
ОтветитьMy friend was a bartender and she called the cops on a fight where there was blood everywhere. She tryed very hard kick then out almoat got punched. She got fired. One was drunk already kicked out and the other wasnt but how is that her fault when he tresspassed and pushed her out the way to get to the guy. What do u do in those situations
??
I kind of have a feeling this is a guide of how bars in the USA work, not in Europe or anywhere else. (Note, I've been a bartender in Belgium for 3 years).
ОтветитьThat was great info, thanks.
ОтветитьThis video is very helpful to get job, thank a lot❤️
ОтветитьOmg you are so hilarious 😂 I have fun I have earn eswell 👍
ОтветитьSomebody is calling you man
ОтветитьThese videos are great. I have retired now for the second time and at age 60 (and never bartended) I am thinking of starting a new career. Is that too old? not sure, but I am damn well going to find out.
Ответить1. Multi-tasking. Be fast and able to multi-task.
2. Clean as you work. As well as at the end of the night.
3. Give great service.
4. Know how to make the classics.
5. Know how to pour draft beer.
6. Know how to change a keg.
7. Know how to free pour. In spite of having jiggers. Or, in the absence of.
8. Know how to cut fruit.
9. Have good math skills. Able to add the prices in your head. Side note - adding volume for drink recipes in your head is another.
10. Able to talk down a drunk.
If you're a straight male and you get a job in a bar , and your male coworker starts using the word multitasking . And the word just kind of seems ,,,,,,, queer . Or at least for a guy to use . You know right away the dudes never helped build a freeway off ramp ! !!!
ОтветитьI didn’t know John cents bartended
ОтветитьI feel like I could have taught this class... You hiring?
ОтветитьSouthern gravy is made as follows for 7-10ppl
1lb Sausage of choice browned in sauce pan
Add seasoning of choice and stir
Add 1/4” layer of your choice of flour over sausage.
Add 2% or whole milk til flour is covered 1/4”
Bring to heavy simmer while stirring occasionally
Add healthy amount of pepper
Once gravy is to your likes consistency reduce heat to low and continue to stir.
Corrections:
If to thick add little milk 1tbsp at a time
If to thin add 1tbs flour at a time until it’s your desired consistency.
A tsp of maple syrup per 1lb sausage will remove some of that initial bite and bring a sweet spice to the initial taste of the gravy.
Your the bomb man. I have all 10 dialed it. I am teaching my son to bartend now and I am going over all of these. your completely correct. i will send him to your channel and make sure he watches your videos and i will teach him everything in person. thank you so much.
Ответить#1 is give great service, a client will forgive you cleaning the bar after they sat down. But you can take the order at the same time.
ОтветитьDraft beer... a bar that has a dozen or more kegs with multiple types of beers doesn't always have regulators for independent kegs.... Each type of beer needs a different pressure of CO2 or Nitrogen, and if the pressure isn't right then the pour will suck.
ОтветитьHlw Dave . Give me a chane dave. I wanna learn from you. Please give me a chance to work under you as a bar back or cleaner Dave. I will not disappoint you sir. Practical is more important . Please sir allow me to serve under you.🙏🙏
ОтветитьDuuude! I feel like you're in my head! I totally agree and appreciate every word.
Ответитьprecisely, gravy is intimidating
ОтветитьMy tips for multitasking:
1. Do other things while you shake.
2. Slightly separate the shaking tins to pour the drink into the glass so you don't have to reach for a strainer. Not recommended for martinis.
3. Do something while the credit card machine is taking 2 seconds to process a card. Those 2 seconds can definitely help during a busy night.
Where I am from its illegal to free pour and to answer your question about what would I do if someone stole all the jiggers I would use a shot glass cause every bar or restaurant will have that
ОтветитьIt took a minute to realise the background was fake 😅
ОтветитьI am a Bar and Restaurant Manager, and Multi tasking is the KEY for sure ! Basically have 10 hands while your working ; and for Gods sake , let customers that just arrived that you will be with them in just a minute ; don't EVER ignore anyone ! This drives me insane ; and i will just send my bartenders home if they don't want to be there ; I'll take over the bar and keep the tips no problem . 😄
ОтветитьYour 💯 right 👍
ОтветитьI'm a bartender not professionally but it's my job ... the part you said about people not coming in for food and drinks but the experience, I get it.... however when I go I'm actually going for food and drinks and I absolutely hate it when my server or bartender wants to Chat me up.... I'm convinced they're just trying to get tips and I hate fake shit... if I spot one of those types I'm serving I rejoice because we are going to get along great.
ОтветитьRush readiness
ОтветитьReal shit bro
Ответитьyour coolest and most inspirational dude ive ever seen❤
