Actually helpful cuz I had no idea wtf the letters were for lmfao, and I use both plugins

I think it's more than very basic plug in. I've used it to completely change regular keys into pluggNB Keys

they do not sound the same.... i've tried many A/B comparisons between soundgoodizer b preset and maximus b preset with adjusting LMH mix. Maximus always sounds worse on a full mix for whatever reason

Every piece of gear whether outboard or digital has it's place and use. I believe I would've used this a few years back when I only recorded vocals over an mp3 beat. Today, I would rather control the saturation and compression myself and if this is multiband, I certainly wouldn't use it to master, unless someone specifically asked for it on the master.

Some sessions I'm just trying to make coolstuff happen fast. I'll go back and realize a favorite track has an instrument that is just a sine wave and an FX preset but I want to keep the exact sound.
