Anyone can buy IP Address ranges from Russian companies and then use end user JSON simulation code to parse meta search engine sites like Trivago, Tripadvisor, etc. and build a hotel room rate database and sell daily reports to Revenue Managers of Hotel Chains, etc. I have seen companies do this. This is a multi million dollar business. So is Online Reputation Management. Please read on for my reasoning on your comments.
