Hi My luv,. I am not a Trini but i love my Trini family and most definitely love Trini food and doubles might be my number 1 favorite, so here is my recipe .

Yields 18

Ingredients:
Bare dough
2 1/2 cup AP flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp curry powder
1 pack instant yeast
1 tsp salt
3 cups oil for frying and 1/4 cup for rolling

Channa
2 pints of channa or 3 tins ( chick pea )
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tbsp Turmeric
tbsp blended shadow beni
1/2 tbsp roasted pepper sauce
