ОтветитьThank you Thank you... Can't wait to drill these..... 😁
ОтветитьOsss. thanks for sharing! you read my mind; been lately focusing on headlock defense and turtle recovery. So i really appreciate this!
ОтветитьAwesome thank you for the options!
ОтветитьNice hairdo, Big Oss. Very posh!
ОтветитьThis is fantastic! I would love to watch a similar video covering front headlock escapes.
ОтветитьThis is a really nice video.
About 10 or 15 years ago, I saw the guy who attacks from the turtle position.
He became turtle by himself and waited for the opponent's attack, and he counter attack the opponent.
He was black belt and he beated No.1 in our dojo and won the tornament.
If you have time, please up attacks from the turtle position, not defence.
Thank you
I love the turtle positions, thanks a lot professor Oss
ОтветитьI get in turtle ALL the time because I give them turtle instead of allowing side control.
But the only move I really use, is to sit back on my butt to regain guard.
So all of these were very useful.
OSSS
谢谢教练分享!
