Something is wrong looking with the modern Godzilla head. Looks like an eel head, not Godzilla's head. I havent bought any of the 2014-2024 Godzilla figures because of it. Only ones ive bought recently are the Godzilla the Ride and Minus One Godzilla because they look more like the vintage Godzillas.

I cant wait for a showa figure, they would absolutely cook it

I'm a HUGE fan of Hiya. I've been collecting SHMA for years. Buy what makes you happy. Hiya feels good to play with. I'm not afraid to carry it around, move it around, and take it placed. My monsterarts stay home. I've lost too many pieces. I'll still collect both, but I have to be WAY more selective when it comes to shma.

Hiya is for Monsterverse Goji, SHMA is for Toho Goji. But Hiya's starting to slay Toho Kaiju, which SHMA should be worrying about. And this might be an exaggeration, but Hiya's Goji looks like Xplus figs but articulated

If you wanted a more highly painted Godzilla you should have gotten the king of the monsters hiya toys Godzilla instead

Im a posing type of guy so aeticulation does play a big role for me so taking the points of this guy NECA is still a more goto choice over SHMA since its so expensive

Although hiyas godzilla looks good I still like ShMonsterArts looks better

If only hiya toys gave godzilla accessories but other than that it’s pretty good
