So who tried it with ice cream??


The first spoonful was amazing, the flavor just bloomed across my mouth. Having the flavor so diluted really brought out the floral and tropical notes. It reminded me of balsamic vinegar in ice cream. Eventually it just got really hot.

Why pick by hand to avoid damage when you're about to mash them up anyway? It's almost certainly not a bruising issue. Rather, I'd wager that the laborers get paid so little that it's cheaper than automation.

I would honestly pay for the 10x mash. Love making chili pulp with chicken or pork after squeezing it to make my own pepper juice hot sauce, but that tabasco pepper is unique.
