Sharpe was a major badass here
ОтветитьThat's one instance where having friends in high positions valueing true merit (like Sharpe's) actually pays off.
Ответитьthe bad guys in this series have some of the most punchable faces i ever see. kudos to the actors
Ответитьplayed a great bad guy in the bond movie here too but a good guy
next series sharp and harper and his men get sent to america, aka colonies to fight rebels,,,sharpe joins them
Many find fault with the storyline ......that isn't correct........that couldn't have happened , and good luck to them , I just enjoy the story and the characters and the acting , for me it is good entertainment and I enjoy it
ОтветитьDamn, just noticed the honour/ambition dichotomy that mirrors Mark Antony.
Ответитьthink she was the hottest actress in all of the series
ОтветитьGreat scene. From a great episode. From an absolutely great show. Yer buggers! (All in a south Yorkshire accent). 🙂
ОтветитьDid I just watch a cartoon? That colonel looked and acted like something out of a Bugs Bunny cartoon or The Wizard of Oz movie
ОтветитьSmacked him so hard it almost fell off , now thats moustachering..
ОтветитьBernard Cornwell wrote the whole series. If anyone is interested there's only one that wasn't released. That battle us lot did with the French on the Ocean.
I used to sail with me Dad. The enterprise class. So when I picked up the book given to me by my ex wife at Christmas could not put it down. An amazing peice of writing.
Cornwell had based everything off actual battles.
Just a shame he didn't do anything about the fight from what the South African Boer fighters and what they did to the English.
Well I lived over in Cape Town as a kid and studied the history.
I don't know what any of this means but I love how they say it
ОтветитьI'm waiting for Sean Bean to die every time in the 1st minute..
Oh, wait.. It's only in the movies he's in he dies early-ish, except for GoT (he played a very good Ned Stark, & really seemed to understand how his daughter was just like his deceased sister)
I just wish the production values have been more lavish
ОтветитьFunny Moustache. Glad Sharpe slapped it!
ОтветитьWhacking a pompous colonel across the face; That's soldiering.
ОтветитьWhen is Sharpe's Pension going to get released?
ОтветитьI love the Shakespeare quote at the beginning.
ОтветитьAh,Sharpe is honorable like Ned Stark, kind of men that would fall into webs of manipulation and deception in politics
ОтветитьHe needed a slap for that moustache alone.
ОтветитьImagine being bald like that but still being pompous enough to twist the sides of what's left😂
ОтветитьPoirot
Ответить...I can't help feeling that a nice cup of hot tea and buttered scones would have achieved the same result.
ОтветитьSharpe is helluva tough
ОтветитьThe guy who plays girdwood is Irish. We got an Uncle Sean here fellas
ОтветитьStand still you tub of lard lol
ОтветитьGirdwood looks like the Dudley do right villain
Ответить"I'm Irish sir. John Bull's a bad neighbor, but Bonaparte is a bully. So are you."
ОтветитьThe 90s was a golden age for side boobs.
ОтветитьMy favourite scene in my favourite episode. Perfection!
Ответить"You will not horseguards me sir".....gets horseguard's
Ответитьthat is a hoooooorrrrrrible fake mustache (at least i hope its fake)
ОтветитьFor a moment I thought he was going to try and sneak in to obtain the evidence but the man just straight up walked through the front door and demanded it.
ОтветитьI wonder how many takes it took to center themselves so there was juuuust enough clearance for Sharpe to close the door
ОтветитьThis was the pilot for "undercover boss"
ОтветитьDid Sean Bean die at the end of the series like he always does in movies/series ?
ОтветитьSharpe confronts Hercule Poirot 😂
ОтветитьЧто за бабы какашки
ОтветитьIsn't the lass the female baddie from Cliffhanger?
ОтветитьSaying "that's soldiering" to every last thing that happens: now that's soldiering!
ОтветитьI see the director hates mustaches. We all know the cane should have been broken at the strike of such a dignified and we'll cared for stache!
ОтветитьWell I guess that takes care of that.
ОтветитьYOU MAY NOT HORSE GUARDS ME SIR!
ОтветитьGirdwood enjoys too much high cockalorum
ОтветитьWow, Another excellent Clip. More so than Ever, I need to Watch this Entire Series. Very Soon indeed. I've been thoroughly impressed with Sean Beans, Acting since He First came too notice in The Lord Of The Rings, Tale's, and Movies by Peter Jackson.
So I need too find a way too see
the British production of this Series', titled SHARPE'. It looks Fantastic too me. Alas Thank You so Very Much for Sharing again it was Wonderful.
No wonder “GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE and FOR THE PEOPLE SHALL NOT PERISH FROM THIS EARTH”!
ОтветитьThis is not a fandom; it's a battalion.
