Estonia is extremely powerful and fun! my favorite hoi4 campaign of all time was getting Esti is Scandi Achievement! Forming Scandinavia as Estonia is ridiculously powerful, even if you miss out on the early manpower/industry of Finland.

If you want to fight the Allies first and perhaps eat the USA first, you can join the Axis once you are done with your Scandinavian conquest, as because of Molotov-Ribbentrop the Soviets cannot declare war on you.

A cool play through I feel Alex would enjoy would be playing kaiserredux and have queen Elizabeth rule over America! For the monarchy Alex!
