ОтветитьOk fine all of it but insulin resistance is not genetic .It is a result of an imbalance of hormones. SO USE THE GOOD OILS IN THE DIET FOR A RIGHT LEVEL OF PROGESTERONE. FISH OIL,FAT,BUTTER ,OLIVE ,COCONUT,AVOCADO, GHEE OR TALLOW LAST SOME PALM OIL BUT IT IS VITAMIN E.THESE ARE THE GOOD OILS

ОтветитьI dont think this is for me because i am vegetarian so cutting out glutton is not for me😅😅. Also i have addiction issues with sugar and chocolate.
ОтветитьI went carnivore and reversed my PCOS, and ended up pregnant. Carbs are not our friend. To fight PCOS women need to go animal based or carnivore.

ОтветитьCysters 🤗… how do y’all “make” yourself eat the meals you prep ? I can prep for days and I’ll take them out still cook something else 🥴😩🥺 I’m so wasteful with food and u even only buy what’s needed to cook and still waste it 😩

ОтветитьInsulin resistance is not genetic it is from insulin constantly brining elevated for a long period of time. You look great and I’m glad you have found something that works for you. I think we are all on our own health journey, but that many carbs is not going to work for many people in your situation.

ОтветитьPcos has less to do with genetics and more to do with childhood eating habits(which is learned). And no matter what you have, it’s still about calories in vs calories out😂

ОтветитьYou don’t need to cut calories & starve. But women with PCOS are almost always insulin resistance, so having carbs like rice & spaghetti is NOT healthy!! Don’t advertise this as healthy, you will likely do more damage for other’s! Higher protein & fat is much more important with PCOS - eat as much as you want! Plus, a big fat juicy steak sounds a lot better than rice or spaghetti - it will keep you fuller faster & longer! Eat as much steak as you want until you’re full - eat bacon, fish, butter, bone broth, eggs, pork, chicken, turkey…. Any meat that you like until you’re full. Hungry? Eat more meat & fat. Pair with some low carb veggies if you’d like.

ОтветитьLol, insulin resistance isnt genetic. Its from chronically elevavated glucolse levels due to eating excessive carbs and sugar. Hella carbs in these meal preps arent going to help insulin resistance.
