ОтветитьWow, this was fantastic, thank you!

ОтветитьWaht a beautiful film
ОтветитьThis is a great interview it felt as if we are with isamu-san in real time hearing about his stories, and perspective in art as a medium and creativity and how he search for it and view it....
ОтветитьInspiring. All of your videos are tbh.
ОтветитьThanks Archipel for your work about art, God bless you. I'm from Brazil, but i love Japan.
ОтветитьThis is truly fantastic. This man will never know the impact he had on my creativity and consequently, the art I produce. Thank you so much for sharing the beautiful world in your mind. Thank you for reminding us to see the beauty in the details. Your work will always have a special place in my heart 🙏
ОтветитьSo weird that as he's talking about his creative process, and what inspires him, I already knew all those things in my heart. Final fantasy XII was one of the first ever games I played and truly LOVED. I spent so many hours in that game...I practically lived in that world, and melted with it. I truly believe I have pieces of this artist's ...soul or whatever you call the supernatural gems left in artwork by their creators... In me, because I totally get it. I feel it, I know it.
ОтветитьExcellent documentary. So amazing to see the artist behind the games I played.
ОтветитьNothing really to say, but I enjoyed this video. Thanks for making and sharing it.
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьIt's interesting contrasting what he's saying at 40 minutes with how Amano describes his artistic process. Amano says he doesn't experience much internal resistance, he's just vibin and keeps on goin. Kamikokuryo talks about feeling it relentlessly, battling himself lol.
ОтветитьHope that he gets over his internalized negative self critique mentioned at the end. Only love
ОтветитьIl me faut un épisode sur Hideo Kojima 😭😭
ОтветитьGod
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤❤ i found this at the perfect time of my life! Thank you for the inspiration ☺️
ОтветитьI agree with his take on diversity. In my opinion, especially when it comes to the arts, at least taking into consideration other perspectives can pay dividends in the end result. You don't necessarily have to change everything based on those opinions but at least seeing things from a different perspective helps add depth to your own vision.
ОтветитьI love it. Essential viewing for any serious students of concept art.
ОтветитьWhat brand is this sketch book?
ОтветитьSuper interesting and so well shot and directed, I loved finding out more about the creative process and of course Final Fantasy!
ОтветитьHe has such a calming voice. I wish to someday travel with somebody like him to watch him draw and get to know his creative process more in depth.
Ответитьありがとう❤️ 先生の日おめでとうございます❤️。
ОтветитьLovely documentary. Thank you so much for sharing
ОтветитьI have loved every aspects that Kamikokuryo san expose, the way he interprets life and his approach to the work. Every work he made has a unique immersive world and from the beginning I’ve always fall in loved whit his ideas. Cheers from Italy❤️ 頑張ってください!
Ответитьwonderful cinematography
ОтветитьOh! The video mentions it in a subtitle and a bit in the narration, but that's Izu Oshima after the 20-minute mark! It's a large island that actually belongs to Tokyo and can be accessed from Takeshiba port (he mentioned going down to Kanagawa prefecture when he was young, but nowadays you can go straight from Tokyo).
I went with a friend two summers ago and it makes an easy and relatively cheap vacation if you live in/near Tokyo (only a few hundred USD to stay for a few days, including round-trip transport), and it's quite beautiful! Just feels a bit forgotten about compared to more popular areas nowadays, which can be both a pro and a con depending on your perspective.
