Why did none of the sequels have humans doing the same thing as terminators? T2 had humans try what terminators tried in T1. Erase the competition before the fight. Every sequel could have been humans trying to prevent judgement day by destroying the timeline that led to it. But instead we got the same movie over and over with different characters.

Am i the only one who thought they could use the arm to replace the terminators destroyed arm

This movie should have been the last one. It’s ending is the best of all and only leaves a couple of unanswered questions. The timelines make less and less sense with each sequel after this.

Out of all the surprises in Terminator 2, this death scene was the biggest surprise to me. When the Terminator said he has to destroy himself was a HUGE surprise to me. It ended the series well and shown Sarah that even a machine can learn the value of a human life. That John shed a tear for the Terminator who is the closest thing to a father figure to him.

If you all go back and watch this movie from a different point of view, it changes your thought process about the film. Go back and watch it as if the Terminator is John's father sent back to protect him. Through the entire film, that basically what it feels like so rather than a machine protecting John, its a machine being John's father. Crazy how much emotions T2 has compare to its successors.

why didnt he just jump of instead of lowering

The only Terminator movies that are good are 1 and 2. Fuck anyone and everyone who thinks otherwise.

The fact that the director of Terminator: Dark Fate didn't like this scene was all the evidence we needed that his movie was gonna suck ass.

Why the series didnt end after this one is a travesty. It pretty much told a complete story.
