I’m not a guitar player, but I do love watching the masters ply their trade. Been a fan of Mr Fripp since the 70s, and he’s certainly at the top of the heap.

the fact is that I'm struggling with the speed of the intro's lick, I don't know if I'm missing something about the alternate picking or simply I have to practice more to get that fast 😅

The one thing I’ve gotten right over the years of practicing Fripperies is the ‘Oh bollox!’…nailed that bit, proper muscle memory…or Tourette’s, depending on how you look at it

But how do you get the speedy bits up to speed? I can tap them up to speed like Markus Reuter does, but I can't standard pick it up to speed. I may be missing the technique used.
