Hi! I've been trying to find ways NOT to use VBA, but I haven't been able to find a way to trigger an action (whatever that might be - just say calculate a formula in a cell), based on user interaction without it.
Is there a way to perform an action if a user clicks on some kind of button or link etc, without using VBA?

I've learned so much from this video.... but what about if the data is in an Excel file but on two different worksheets in one file and one worksheet in another file. How would I create connections between that data? Or is that not possible. I've tried a variety of things and nothing is working.

Calendar Project file has issue with order date. with 38K+ rows showing me Error. I couldn't do continue project along.

Update : issue was m-dd-yyyy, mine is set as dd-mm-yyyy, had to sort that out. i've followed every step sincerely but last DAX step where i've to SUMX for total revenue, It's just doesn't work. Formula is invalid

What if I want to refresh my Power Pivot daily? Based on daily refreshing source files? Which drop into new daily folders according to the date? Can I relink the data models from the one workbook to the new files or do I have to start from scratch?

Hi - I am from the UK. When I insert the 'Sales' file into Power Query, it shows 38,540 errors and the issue seems to be around the order_date column. I have tried changing from English UK to English US but there seems to be errors still. If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated. Thank you!
