It literally says 4 in Japanese on the coffin. It 100% absolutely Minato since unless it was coincidence Hashirama and Tobirama came out of the coffins labeled 1 and 2 respectively with the number indicating their kage order. Orochimaru just did not know the reaper death seal prevented resurrection because he’d never attempted to summon a sealed soul prior to that fight. Imagine if Minato did not seal himself. the Konoha Crush would have been successful.

Yah the assumption is that it would be a failed summon due to the Fourth already being sealed away. Orochimaru at this times doesn't know about the Reaper Death Seal or the Fourth Hokage being sealed away as it wasn't public knowledge, only the Third knew and maybe a handful of people. It doesn't really explain why the Third was so scared and was adamant that he needed to stop the Fourths summon. It is Orochimaru so maybe the Third thought Orochimaru still could have figured a way to summon him.

Madara wouldn't be summoned since Madara wasn't dead. It's Minato there is no debate there. It says 4. 1 2 3rd is in the fight 4th not that hard once you see the whole series.

Third coffin was the 4th only reason why the 4th hokage coffin didn't go up all the way was because he didn't figure out how to reverse the death reaper seal yet.

Well it's obvious it's Minato because by the time of the war arc we can see orochimaru learned from his mistakes and realized he needs to undo the reaper death seal to revive Minato and other souls that we're sealed away and there is no other explanation why he would have thought of that otherwise since it's obvious Minato used death reaper seal because orochimaru had minato's body
