Monzo Card Review 2023: Should You Switch?

When you move some of your pay into your salary sorters will your bills then come out of that? Also I've heard Monzo allows you to connect your mortgage ?

I love Monzo, It is my one and only main account. So many great features and great for what I want in a bank. Monzo are now in the USA too and I think they are looking at other countries too. I have the flex account too which is like their credit card. There also rolling out cashback feature which is currently being tested with some customers and hopefully rolling out to everyone soon.

I've just been into the office and one of the administrative staff from another team was going mad. I was laughing because it's the norm for her, but she waved me across to show me what she was riled up about. The illegal immigrants in the Holiday Inn next door to our NHS building have been applying for credit cards from Monzo and getting them sent to our NHS building next door to the Holiday Inn, as they wouldn't be able to have them sent to a hotel address.  Our building sounds like a house name. They've then been ringing the intercom on our building,  asking for their post.  The staff have been returning to sender. Cheeky b*ggers, they know exactly what they are doing. But how are they even getting a credit card without a verifiable address, income or credit checks. No way could they pay that back and no wonder our interest rates are going up!!!

Do not go with monzo they are thieves!!! You are not protected by FSCS it's lies.

Never used monzo but seems like a better option

Don't open an account with Monzo, it steals your money and it's useless. I opened an account because I stayed a few months in the UK, then I returned to Spain where I live and they, without giving an explanation, stole 150 pounds from me and they messed up my account and when I asked them back I gave Wes's UK number and they don't want to give me back, asking only for a UK bank. They are thieves. I gave them an account of Spain since I am legal in Spain and a tourist in the UK and they don't want to return the money. They are thieves. Don't open, many are complaining, they close. bills and they don't return the money

Do you have to transfer money from your UK account to the Monzo account. If I am going to USA what happens when I need US dollars

Sorry I forgot to mention I bank with Barclays UK using their app and in part of my account is a Travel Wallet . So when I want US dollars I buy/transfer US dollars from my current account so I can use my normal debit card, no need for an extra Monzo card
