The record shows dominantly (2-3Hz) delto and thets (4-5Hz) activity over both hencepheres

I had a large avm at age 40, Mayo Clinic was able to remove it, anastomose the middle cerebral artery and I was able to recover and continue nursing career. I am now 75, noted l sided jerking, no loss of consciousness, and neurologist feels it is focal seizures due to scarring. It has worsened over last year, not responsive to Oxcarbazapine and now lacosamide. I have noticed no aura, no change in mental status, but have fallen several times. Don’t know where to go from here.

I had mri's for multiple years where nothing showed up i had my first seizure in 2016 i got diagnosed with hippocampal sclerosis with right mesial temoral lobe sclerosis with focal cortical dysplasia in 2023 when i went to UCLA epilepsy center
