They use these planes not only for tracking but they use them to fire invisible energy weapons at me. I am being targeted and stalked by several of these planes in Racine WI area and its getting worse. They fly circles over my house all day terrorizing the neighborhood with loud engines and almost hitting trees. This is pure terrorism on their part. Stalking is illegal too.

Then, they show up where I work, they show up where I hike, they show up at the grocery store. It's pretty surreal. The planes are flying over as I type this. Over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over the same white plane, blue strip on side. They circle in a very closed circle. They fly up and down over my house with very loud exhaust over and over they will not stop. They are watching me.
