@duggarfan123 Must have been fun! It's a once in a life time sort of thing!
ОтветитьFrom Canada can you hear me shouting Happy Australia Day everyone?
ОтветитьFantastic job to the Variety Youth Choir. I know one of the little girls in there from the Riding For The Disabled Association as I''m a volunteer with them for 6 years and she loves it. So proud of them all doing a wonderful job of singing this song. Brought a tear to my eye. Great song and sung beautifully. Well done Variety Youth Choir :)
ОтветитьBrilliant job, very moving!! Whenever I hear this song, it indeed makes me proud to be Australian.
Ответить@somegalfromcan ..... I heard you!! :)
Ответить@shazaspaza4eva The first verse ending "first australian" is about the aborigines so what is your point.
Ответитьit was so fun to do the performance and we were great
ОтветитьI am a proud Irishman who came to Australia 15 years ago, became an Australian citizen, married an Aussie lass and have an Aussie daughter. And this song gives me tingles, striking a chord that makes me feel AUSTRALIAN and proud to live here.
ОтветитьAmazing.. I wish I'd ben there for this.. would have got a bit of cash from me, heh.
ОтветитьHahaha you're a MORON. Grow a brain - the first verse is about the aboriginals being the first Australians!
ОтветитьOmg I can see me when I was 10 years old, it was so much fun!!!
ОтветитьWow, simply amazing! I've seen a lot of great flash mobs, but this one was certainly the most emotional - also because it has a REAL message. Almost brought me to tears.
ОтветитьHaha! We listened to this song at school today and I think it's a qite nice song. Thumbs up!
ОтветитьI am not Australian and this song has so .... so.... I can't find the word. I mean..this is like a national song. Something you would sing at games or something. I had tears in my eyes. GO AUSSIES!!! I call it pride for your country. good meaning and all. Gods...i hope I made since with my rambling.
ОтветитьThe woman at 0:47 in the red shirt was my grade 6 teacher four years ago haha
ОтветитьHappy Australia Day from Canada
Ответитьgreetings from the uk!!!
ОтветитьGreetings from America!!!
ОтветитьBtw, UK is mother, America is older brother, Australia is little brother, Canada is sister, and New Zealand is the adopted child hahaha
Ответитьi watched this a few more times since it was released and it just inspires you to do what you can for your fellow man and as Australians we have that tremendous loyalty and that spirit of never give up and never let your mates down so if you see someone who needs a hand get out their and give them one
ОтветитьI'm an old yank, but I'd move to Australia in a heartbeat. Sad bunch of daft twits runnin' this place these days. God bless Australia!
ОтветитьGood song but brow haired boy not good
ОтветитьMaybe Sharnee you need to see that many of the people singing here have a disability of one sort or another. Not all are visible.
ОтветитьI always love the flash mobs
ОтветитьI'm in the choir and I wish i had started earlier. This was emotional and great! All for a good cause!
Ответитьthis moved me 2 tears for 2 reasons, there were people who had disabilities in this clip, and it showed even in their disability they found their voices and secondly as a proud Australian, I love this, because we come from many lands but but we are one country.
ОтветитьI m a pom but I think this should be the Australian national anthem it is great
Ответитьin a time, when we are talking about immigratlon and the fact that some of the refugee's wont integrate, if they were to integrate into this great country, then we would all truly be able to declare Australia as a great nation, until all of the people of this great land, support each other we not be ONE NATION, it will not be the paradise that captain cook came in search of, love your neighbor, be a friend, offer a helping hand, share a beer, or even just a chat, it's not hard,... LOVE ONE ANOTHER,
ОтветитьI love listening back to this song. I am proud to be a Scot but, man oh man, having a joint Scottish/Australian passport would be my idea of perfection! :D
ОтветитьWe all need to sing along and feel it and stop the hate social media is spreading
ОтветитьThis is our true anthem. More people would know the words of this than of the official anthem, Advance Australia Fair.
ОтветитьBeautiful. Thank you.
Ответить3200 likes and 43 that don't like this . I wonder what religion they belong too !!
ОтветитьWe are Australian
ОтветитьI am so happy to be AUSTRALIAN/POLISH
ОтветитьNo other national song or anthem is as stirring as Bruce Woodley's "I Am Australian". Every time I listen to the countless versions of this song, tears come to my eyes, along with the wish that I, too, could be a part of the Australian family.
ОтветитьAs an Australian by CHOICE.... Would someone PLEASE set up a Petition to make this the Australian National Anthem.
This is so Motivating and meanigful.
Guys, you are a true inspiration to all Australians. Every time I watch this clip, it always bring tears to my eyes. You've done a terrific job. Keep it up!!!
ОтветитьAs a 100 % proud American, I hope my fellow Americans and the performers would forgive me if I sang along. God bless America, Australia, The Seekers, and Slim Dusty!
Ответить❤️😊
ОтветитьBe nice to see an aboriginal flag also
ОтветитьHow is this not the national anthem?
ОтветитьAbsolutely outstanding…. I.m Irish and a grown man crying like a baby…..
