I have mutual funds at EJ that have approx $500K in them that I don't touch. I'm going to have about $200K from selling a rental house here in the next six months. I'd like to invest all of that into dividends with both a high yield and some growth but ideally just want to take advantage of a monthly or quarterly dividend payout to help pay bills, since my growth is in my EJ account. So I wouldn't be DRIPing. What would you recommend for ETFs for those?

My 4 largest holdings are: APPL stock, SCHD, SCHG and VOO. I love SCHG. It's been very good to me since I added it to my portfolio. I frequently add to all of my positions but am more focused on adding SCHG shares lately.
