Does Link regulate transactions?

Link is making major inroads with adoption with ccip. The work they have done with Swift and some of the biggest banks in the world is hard to look past. Successful real world trials and adoption soon to be on a gigantic scale. From memory something to the tune of 11,000 banks over 200 countries use Swift and all eventually will use blockchain to some degree.
Quant has similar potential but it remains to be seen who will ultimately get the lions share, my bet is on Link.

There aren’t many portfolios out there that do not contain Quant. I think it’ll do a lot better than most think.

CCIP AND OVERLEDGER is similar... only difference is with quant you can build MAPPS, ccip you dont have to build anything... you just connect
