I bet Woodbridge is going to see a ton of listings. Lots of people sitting on houses since the 90s and early 2000s. That's gonna be a weather transfer area. And for some reason it's cheaper than going east on 66

There are some beautiful fixer uppers in Winchester. How is the market for that?

Housing is nuts . Forget herndon down 2% its not. I bought or at least went under contract about 11 months ago. My house is worth a solid 5% more now. And i thought we paid too much a year ago. Houses in my community are selling for a lot. So herndon is up not down. The whole market is stupid right now. I feel bad for those buying.
