I guess technically it came to rest “supported by the tray”, but it’s touching the ground and not entirely supported by the tray?
ОтветитьI’m pretty sure correct me if I’m wrong but if the disc is supported by the basket it’s a putt made
ОтветитьIt's supported by the ground and the tray, without the ground it would not rest in this position. Also it's a clear miss, I would feel bad if it happened to me and I'd use that rule..
ОтветитьI'd call it a made putt and suggest an immediate rule change.
ОтветитьAll because this chick can't putt
ОтветитьWe all know the idea is to get the disc IN the basket. If someone invoked that rule in seriousness after such a bad miss, I'd take their discs away.
ОтветитьRule clearly needs updated to include verbiage about ONLY being supported by the basket/cage/chains, because the ground is also supporting it.
ОтветитьFor the love of god, change your putting form!
ОтветитьDon’t reward an air ball. Her putting is less than stellar
ОтветитьThat's a made putt
ОтветитьIs this video a joke?
ОтветитьNot a made putt, but certainly warrants updating the language of the rule to indicate it needs to be within the space of the basket tray and chain assembly. Cool find!
ОтветитьNot certain what the issue is here, commentator says something about orange ?, sounds like someone says something about first availabla, another commentator says something about relief... ohn says something about where evalina can stand, .td must of put something in caddy book about this hole....id take video down and post another as its confusing
Ответитьlooks like it was being supported by tray and ground.
ОтветитьPlay a provisional. See how it fleshes out after the round/tournament.
ОтветитьWhy would the course designer even place the basket there? Stupid really.
ОтветитьWouldn’t it count the same way as if your shot got wedged in the tray? Came to rest due to the tray and a small part of the disc has breached the inside.
Ответить"Fpo activities"
ОтветитьIf she had hit chains then I would have to say that technically it was a made put but because she didn't it would be inconclusive that she had entered the target before resting on the cage.
ОтветитьThe PDGA ruled on a similar situation. They said it counts. The idea is that if you move the basket the disc would move. In the literal sense the discs position is being supported by the basket.
ОтветитьAccording to the wording this lie would count as completing the hole. That's a made putt. If they change it to include the words "supported only and solely by..." then it would not count. As it is currently, it is correct and legal to play the hole as if it were completed by this putt. No provisional needed.
ОтветитьCool that everyone happens to have yellow putters 🥰
