I disagree with most of what this guy said. He even said he's no expert. He's a photographer. If it's a manned aircraft then the FAA would have a flight plan on record, the aircraft would be registered and confirmed, and the FAA would be able to communicate with it. If it's not responding, if the FAA has no records for it being in the air, then it's a potential threat. If a small single engine manned aircraft flew over a restricted area and wasn't communicating with the FAA our Mil would have escorted it out of the area or shot it down. As far as I know our Mil hasn't even sent up any aircraft to get close enough to look for identifying registration numbers on the craft. That tells me our gov't knows what they are.

How can you say they don’t have a clue? Vic was saying there’s a way to bring them down without the risk of danger from shooting them down, but they were suddenly out of time. I, for one would like to hear what he had to say, and you would think the hosts would be curious as well. And this is where the media, even FOX (which I’m an avid viewer of) has done a horrible job of covering this story. Just because the experts aren’t in the opinion of the common folk, the media or the politicians, doesn’t make them clueless. That’s what makes everybody else clueless. Because they don’t want to hear the truth or the expert opinions.

When it comes to drones or manned aircraft flying over military installations or other sensitive sites there is no question that they should be taken down forcefully. Flying over a base is no different than crashing through the front gate, it should be met with the same response.

It’s like shooting skeet; I don’t think the drones would be a hard to shot down. Light weight.
