I am currently in the process of figuring out how to open my own coffee shop to, in the long run, help start an after school program. Anyway, if you don’t mind giving me some tips, my coffee shop has been facing difficulties to get new customers instead. It is a neighborhood coffee shop with good accessibility and good quality of F&B. I have to admit that the interior isn’t as aesthetically pleasing as others, but the money is tight. It’s trial and error on knowing what people want. If I was opening a coffee roastery I’m not concerned about making sugar based drinks. People that go to higher end coffee places expect better quality coffee. If they want their diabetes drink they can go to Starbucks.
