Believe it or not winerookie planes do crash on accident. 9/11 isn't the only time a plane has crashed.

not only from his own inexperience... American Airlines actually taught the pilots to use those type of movements and it resulted in this event..

Since you have nothing better to but to scream at people through a computer. If you actually looked at the news that day you would learn something. Dont even try to put down anyone before getting your facts straight. Pick up a news paper and actually read it.. it does help you know...

***that's what the company of the people who made the airplane told EVERY AIRLINE to do.*** 100% False. One of the key arguments by Airbus' attorneys is that they did NOT instruct airlines for this manner of handling, and that it was allegedly unique to AA.

I didn't explode, but it did break apart. Tail, engines, empennage sections all disintegrated midair.

I fly transatlantic and internal with AA all the time, i have clocked up over 60,000 miles with them in the past 2 years and i always feel safe with them, If you look at how many planes AA own, its bound to be one of them involved in an accident should one happen! so saying NEVER fly AA seems like a pretty dumb ass comment really!!

I took a look at the investigation report and the increased sensitivity of the rudder pedals with speed (or bat least lack of pilot familiarity with this "feature") was cited as one of the contributing factors. The other factors cited were (i) a tendancy of the flying officer to over-react to wake turbulence and (ii) AA training which over-emphasized using the rudder to correct such problems.

I'm sure glad this is the ONLY time ANY Pilot has EVER reached maximum pedal deflection flying an A300, since it's 1972 launch 37 years ago. I'm also glad to hear the flash and smoke seen in the video, the dozens that witnessed the fire coming from the engines is simply the plane breaking apart because of a rudder failure. Guess Airbus's get "French" Fried from rudder failures, unlike say American Boeing MD80s with tail engines, i.e Alaska Air 261 didn't BURST into flames it just splashed down.

@DanGraywolf Don't start another f**king Airbus vs. Boeing argument, PLEASE. Unless of course you want to mention the uncontrolled rudder movement problems in 737s in the '90s, a catastrophic issue that didn't befall Airbus, I believe......

So many conspiracy theories so little time. The good thing is that we seem to have narrowed down the probable causes of all plane crashes and "terrorist" acts to either A) George Bush B) Dick Cheney C) the US Navy or D) Gremlins. That should save countless millions on long drawn out scientific investigations. As a public service announcement I should remind the Conspiracy Club to change their tin foil hats every now and then. They tend to lose their effectiveness after a few month's. Peace.

Woah man! You have to realize that the "Illuminati" probably use the account "ed11561" as a means of disinformation and subterfuge to keep people from the truth! I mean, it's obvious! To think that a conspiracy theorist would be so easily misled to ridiculous conclusions based on fragile theories held together by evidence of questionable veracity is just absurd! It's as absurd as if I was to say "I'm being completely sarcastic and I totally agree with you!"

In short, the tail wasn't strong enough to withstand regular maneuvering forces at regular speeds. And to protect the manufacturer, this is declared pilot's error, becaure "they are supposed to step on the pedals gently".

for those who critisize airbus. just know that this can happen on ANY commercial airliner, the airbus's tail was actually stronger than it needed to be. commercial airliner tails are NOT designed for full rudder reversals... even bellow manuvering speed

Only one person to blame for this: The co-pilot, whose unnecessary and overly aggressive rudder inputs caused the crash.

looking at the Tver Embrarer crash, would that be the cause? Pilots intentionally ripping off the tail fin?
(i mean given that there is no explosion or flames reported by eyewitnesses)

Flight 587 FO Sten Molin Sten Molin raped, assaulted, stalked, harassed and abused dozens of women and underage girls/children. His adult victims say he attacked by force, aggression and overpowering. Underage girls and children report unwanted attacks by force and extreme power imbalance, but also by quieter, boilerplate grooming techniques.

From an air crash investigation video, i could see that Flight 587's engines have broken off, and that streak is the plane going down from losing the vertical stabilizer (or aileron) during the plane's fall, from what i believe, the plane's systems gave both pilots a stall warning, as the plane was spiraling down and the plane thought it was stalling and falling, and thus, the engines broke off and the plane crashed into the many houses
